1. Acceptance

By using nextritech.com or a Nextritech mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or apps.

2. Use of the website

This site is provided to share information about Nextritech's engineering services and software, and to let visitors request quotes or consultations. Content on this site is for general information and does not constitute a binding quotation until confirmed directly by our team.

3. Use of our apps

Nextritech's engineering apps (including sizing calculators and formulation tools) are professional aids intended to support, not replace, the judgment of a qualified engineer or technician. Outputs should be independently verified before being relied on for installation, procurement or safety-critical decisions. Subscriptions and in-app purchases, where offered, are governed by the applicable Google Play billing terms in addition to these terms.

4. No warranty

The site and apps are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on tool outputs without independent verification, to the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, app software, calculators, text, design, data compilations and brand marks are the property of Nextritech Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use our calculators for your own personal or internal business purposes, and you are welcome to link to them.

Without our written permission you may not copy, scrape or systematically extract our content or results; republish, resell or redistribute them; reproduce a calculator on another website or app; embed or frame our pages; submit inputs in bulk using automated tools; or use our content or code to train machine-learning models. Individual mathematical formulas are not owned by anyone; our rights are in our implementation, selection, wording and design. To ask for permission, email contact-us@nextritechengineering.com.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
